In "Data with Impact," I give you the tools to create lasting business impact with analytics.
We start with developing your influencing skills. Understanding yourself and recognising different personality styles are key steps in becoming a powerful influencer and communicator.
You'll learn to develop awareness of self and others, identify and adapt to various personality styles, gain stakeholder trust and buy-in, manage difficult stakeholders effectively and influence others through data.
Next, we dive into the art of communication where you'll uncover the blueprint for data storytelling, transforming dry numbers into persuasive narratives that captivate stakeholders.
You'll discover how to communicate with confidence and conviction at all levels of the organisation, present complex information to non-technical audiences, and keep your audience engaged while avoiding information overload.
My goal is to turn you into a master influencer and communicator, fluent in both the languages of data and business. Whether it's knocking presentations out of the park, leading impactful meetings, or crafting emails that get replies, you'll be the one everyone listens to, loud and clear.
Finally, we focus on how to use your newfound skills to drive real business impact. You'll learn to build data solutions that resonate with your audience, embrace data-driven intrapreneurship, replace busyness with impactful actions, drive decisions and deliver outcomes with data.

2 hours of live, instructor-led online training each week over 6 weeks (totalling 12 hours).
2-4 hours per week of self-paced skills-building (10-20 hours in total)

Classes are recorded and will remain available for three months after the end of the program
